Introduction Seminar about Scientific & Technological Products – Post Harvest Technology Field

5th, December, 2012, In developmental-program scope the scientific & technological market of Ministry of Science and Technology. The Seminar “Introduction about Scientific & technological products – post-harvest technological field” is co-organized by Vietnam Institute of Agricultural Engineering & Post-Harvest Technology, National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development.

Participants in seminar:

- On behalf of Ministry of Science and Technology: Mr. Pham Van Dien, Director General of National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and  Commercialization Development.

- On behalf of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development: Mr. Doan Xuan Hoa, Vice Director General of Department of Processing and Trade for agro-forestry-Fisheries Products and salt production.

- On behalf of Vietnam Institute of Agricultural Engineering & Post Harvest Technology: Mr. Chu Van Thien, Director General, Vietnam Institute of Agricultural Engineering & Post-Harvest Technology.

- And more than 100 participants who represent for department, local, agricultural society, general corporation, entrepreneur of agricultural business production, management & researching cadre from research institute, university…, and communication & press office.

This Seminar is opportunity for researcher, manager, entrepreneur, agricultural society, concern local to exchange information, share experience and meet the need about methods/ new scientific & technological product; focus on dealing with the current problems such as:  decrease the post-harvest loss, increase the value-added and quality of agricultural product, ensure the safety of food, deal with environment.
